Exsultate Jubilate (KV 165)

Exsultate, Jubilate was written in 1773. The solo motet was composed for the castrato Venanzio Rauzzini, who had been Cecilio in Lucio Silla the previous year. In modern times, the motet is usually sung by a soprano.
